The PU blade core of the Supreme One30 Composite Stick will help you to put power into slapshots. The Mid Kick point of this stick, a semi-stiff profile, is one more feature geared toward letting you put the maximum amount of power into your shots. This stick is a step up from the slightly lower cost Supreme One20 Composite Stick in that the One30 Composite Stick is made of a more lightweight carbon, for a speedier feel. However, this stick is a step down from the higher cost Supreme One60 Composite Stick model in that the One60 has more flex options, as well as the Pure Shot blade profile (w/Aero Foam II blade core). There are model variations for the Nike Bauer Supreme One30 Composite Stick.
